ADAMANTIS provides you with the opportunity to return purchased products within 30 days from your purchase date. Only size exchanges are allowed.

If the Customer chooses not to use our prepaid DHL service or if returning from overseas territories or countries other than France, they will be responsible for returning the Product(s) at their own expense unless they have received a product with a manufacturing defect or one that does not match the Customer’s initial order. In such cases, the Customer should contact customer service at info@adamantis.shop to obtain a prepaid return label.

The return is at the customer’s own risk. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, and unwashed.

In case of non-compliance by the Customer with these conditions, especially the return conditions, ADAMANTIS cannot proceed with the refund or issue a credit note for the relevant Products.

Processing Times: Upon receiving your return, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Your credit or refund will be processed within 20 days of receiving your items and automatically credited to the account associated with the credit card used during payment. In the case of payment by bank transfer, we will contact you to determine the refund method.

In the case of an exchange (larger or smaller size for the same product), the exchange order will be initiated upon receipt of your package.
