1. Share your ideas.
Contact our design team to let us know what kind of jewelry you’d like to create. The more detailed your request, the easier it will be for us to create the jewelry of your dreams. Once you’ve approved a design, our experts will provide you with a quote for your custom piece.
2. Design your piece.
Once a deposit has been paid, our team will start working on the details of your piece of jewelry. This is a collaborative process between you and the designer. To better illustrate your vision, we can provide you with drawings, computer models and mock-ups of the piece. Our experts will not proceed with production until you are completely satisfied with the result.

3. Receive the jewel of your dreams.
This is the stage where you can sit back and relax. The design of your jewel is sent to our expert craftsmen who work in our workshops to manufacture it. The process can take four to five weeks, depending on the model. Once the jewel is ready, we deliver it to your door, beautifully packaged.
